Delivery Information
We are delighted to offer delivery across the UK and internationally. Below, you’ll find all the details about our delivery options, costs, and estimated times.
Mainland UK Delivery
We aim to make delivery straightforward and cost-effective. Standard Mainland UK delivery typically ranges between £2.30 and £3.25 per order and is free for orders over £30.
Standard Delivery
- Delivered by Royal Mail 48, taking approximately 2-3 working days.
- Delivery cost depends on the size of the item:

Delivery times include the time needed to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Non-Mainland UK Delivery
We deliver to non-mainland UK addresses, including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other offshore UK locations. Delivery costs are the same as Mainland UK, but please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to arrive. Express delivery is unavailable for these areas.
International Delivery
We’re thrilled to deliver to customers worldwide. Delivery is via Royal Mail International Tracked post, with estimated times as follows:
- Europe: 5–8 working days
- Rest of the World: 10–14 working days
Please note, delivery times include the preparation and dispatch of your order. Costs are determined by item size and destination:

International orders over 2kg may be split into multiple parcels, which could arrive at different times. Customers in Europe may be subject to additional customs charges due to Brexit; please check with local authorities for further information. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@calliandco.co.uk within 30 days for UK orders or 45 days for international orders. We’ll do our best to assist you.
General Information
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
- If your order doesn’t fit through the letterbox and no one is available to receive it, a calling card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection.
