Calli & Co - Return and Refund Policy

At Calli & Co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.


Faulty Items or Errors

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, or if there is a mistake with the personalisation (e.g., spelling error), please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you, and we will cover the return postage.


Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind or don’t absolutely love the item, we do accept returns. In this case, the item must be returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that personalised items (such as notebooks with your custom name or message) are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

  • Return Postage: If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, the postage costs will be covered by the customer.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return the Item: Once we've agreed on the return, you can send the item back to us at the following address:

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.
  • Personalised or custom-made products, unless faulty or incorrect.
